Every project starts with the sun, the wind, and the seasons of its site. Comfort and energy efficiency are designed in, not bolted on.
Local materials, expressed as themselves. Concrete reads as concrete, timber as timber. No imitation, no facade.
Buildings shouldn't end at demolition. From sourcing to disassembly, each project considers its full life cycle.

Mariana Molina Gomez is an architect specialising in sustainable design and urban project management. Educated at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina, her practice spans residential, educational and public-space work across South America and Europe.
Her approach is rooted in bioclimatic thinking and circular-economy principles — designs shaped by local climate, material honesty, and the people who will inhabit them. Currently completing a Masters in Business Administration at UNC, she also works at the intersection of architecture and project management.
